Judgement

The Awakening · a card from the Eutheum deck

Upright

awakening, reckoning, calling

Reversed

self-doubt, ignoring the call

Upright meaning

Awakening, a calling, and a new beginning after taking stock of the past. This card speaks of the moment you understand who you are and what you are called to do. Like the call of the elements in the Awakening, the card encourages you to answer your inner voice and start living true to yourself.

Reversed meaning

Self-criticism, ignoring the call, fear of judgement, or returning to old mistakes. The card asks you to forgive yourself and give yourself a second chance.

Love and relationships

A renewed relationship, a second chance, reconciliation, or a conscious decision about the future of the relationship. Reversed: dwelling on the past, being unable to forgive.

Work and money

A vocation, a career change towards your talent, an important decision after careful thought. Reversed: ignoring what you really want to do.

The card's advice

Listen to the call you have been hearing for a long time. This is your time.

In Natuland

The elements choose their own champions from among ordinary people: a schoolgirl at a school dance, a boy running from trouble, a teacher, a little girl from an orphanage. The awakening of their power changes their lives forever.

Symbols on the card

• An angel with a trumpet: a call that cannot be ignored.
• A banner with a cross: balance of forces.
• Figures rising from open chests: rebirth and a new beginning.
• Rays in the colours of the elements: each person is called by their own element.
• Element signs on the chests: water, fire, earth, light and air.
