Five of Pentacles
Five of Earth · a card from the Eutheum deck
- Upright
- hardship, scarcity, isolation
- Reversed
- recovery, help arriving
Upright meaning
Hardship, scarcity, a feeling of being left out, or a material or health crisis. The Five of Earth speaks of a hard time in which it is easy to overlook help. Like the two freezing Moglins in the blizzard who don't notice the warm light right beside them, the card reminds you that support is closer than you think.
Reversed meaning
Coming out of a crisis, accepting help, the situation improving. The worst is passing.
Love and relationships
Feeling rejected, being lonely together, a hard time in the relationship. Reversed: finding each other again, support.
Work and money
Money problems, losing a job, uncertainty. Reversed: improvement, a new source of income, help from outside.
The card's advice
Look around and ask for help. The light is right beside you.
In Natuland
Two freezing Moglins in torn cloaks trudge through a blizzard on a mountain path. Right beside them a stained-glass window glows brightly in the rock, and behind it is warmth they haven't noticed yet.
Symbols on the card
- Snow and torn cloaks: a hard time and scarcity.
- A stained-glass window with five discs: help that is closer than it seems.
