Four of Swords
Four of Air · a card from the Eutheum deck
- Upright
- rest, recovery, contemplation
- Reversed
- burnout, restlessness
Upright meaning
Rest, recovery, silence and gathering strength. The Four of Air says now is not the time to fight, but to pause. Like the Anatuasca resting in a bright chamber of a white villa in Neya before the next road, the card encourages sleep, calm, and thinking things through.
Reversed meaning
Exhaustion, being unable to rest, restlessness, or returning to action after recovery. Your body and mind are asking for attention.
Love and relationships
A need for space, a break from tension, a quiet time together. Reversed: avoiding a conversation, withdrawing for too long.
Work and money
A break, a holiday, time for planning instead of action. Reversed: overwork, risk of burnout.
The card's advice
Rest. The strength you gather now will serve you on the road.
In Natuland
An Anatuasca rests in a quiet, bright chamber of a white villa in Neya. Three blades hang above her, and the fourth lies beneath the bed. Before the next road, you have to gather your strength.
Symbols on the card
- A resting figure with hands on her chest: rest and recovery.
- Blades set aside on the wall: a moment without a fight.
- A window open onto the clouds: calm and distance.
- A sleeping animal at her feet: safety and quiet.
