Three of Pentacles
Three of Earth · a card from the Eutheum deck
- Upright
- teamwork, craft, learning
- Reversed
- lack of teamwork, mediocrity
Upright meaning
Cooperation, craftsmanship, recognition of your skills, and building something together. The Three of Earth says your work is being noticed, and results come from shared effort. Like the Moglins who built their city inside the mountain over centuries, together and patiently, the card speaks of mastery and teamwork.
Reversed meaning
No cooperation, being undervalued, working without a plan, or conflict in the team. Everyone pulls their own way.
Love and relationships
Building the relationship step by step, shared projects, the support of family and friends. Reversed: one side not committed.
Work and money
A successful team project, recognition of your skills, promotion thanks to your competence. Reversed: organisational chaos, lack of recognition.
The card's advice
Build together with others, and do it carefully. Good work will be noticed.
In Natuland
A Moglin on a scaffold sets the last disc into a stone arch, while two other Moglins, an architect with plans and an older master, check that everything fits. Beyond the arch, the crystals of Matadayana gleam in the mountainside. The Moglins built their city inside the mountain over centuries, together and patiently.
Symbols on the card
- Three discs in the arch: a work created together.
- Plans on parchment: knowledge and preparation.
- A hammer and chisel: craft and learning.
- Crystals in the mountain: the fruit of shared work.
