The Hermit
Radmir in the Tower · a card from the Eutheum deck
- Upright
- introspection, solitude, wisdom
- Reversed
- isolation, withdrawal
Upright meaning
Chosen solitude, reflection, and the search for inner truth. The Hermit steps away from the noise to see more clearly. Like Radmir, who holds a light in a dark cell, the card says you will find answers in silence, and your light may one day show the way to others.
Reversed meaning
Isolation that no longer serves you, loneliness nobody chose, or avoiding people out of fear. Sometimes also a reluctance to reflect. Time to leave the tower, or the opposite: to finally go in.
Love and relationships
A need for space, time to get to know yourself before a new relationship, a relationship that requires patience. Reversed: loneliness, drifting away from your partner, a wall that needs taking down.
Work and money
Focused work, study, specialisation, the role of an expert or mentor. A good time to rethink your direction. Reversed: being cut off from the team, no cooperation.
The card's advice
Give yourself time in silence. The answer will come when you stop searching for it so feverishly.
In Natuland
The champion of air: a calm man who has spent years working on his inner balance. His path to the group is different from everyone else's. He has to wait a long time alone before his moment comes.
Symbols on the card
