The High Priestess tarot card (Freya) from the Eutheum deck

The High Priestess

Freya · a card from the Eutheum deck

Upright
intuition, mystery, inner knowing
Reversed
ignored intuition, secrets

Upright meaning

Intuition, mystery and knowledge that doesn't come from outside but from within. The High Priestess asks for silence, patience and listening to yourself. Like Freya, guardian of hidden knowledge, the card says the answer is already in you, it just hasn't revealed itself yet. You don't need to know everything at once.

Reversed meaning

Ignoring your intuition, drowning out your inner voice, or secrets that weigh on you. It can also mean someone is hiding something from you, or you are hiding something from yourself. Time to look at what has gone unsaid.

Love and relationships

A deep, quiet bond, unspoken feelings, a mystery in the relationship. Someone may feel more than they show. Reversed: emotional distance, coldness, or hidden matters worth clearing up.

Work and money

Trust your intuition in decisions, but don't show all your cards. A good time for learning, research and reflection, not hasty moves. Reversed: missing information, decisions made without the full picture.

The card's advice

Stop and listen to yourself. What is quiet matters most right now.

In Natuland

An Anatuasca, ruler of living nature: ancient, wild, with green cat's eyes. Animals come when she calls. She guards the balance between light and darkness and takes neither side. She knows more than she says and often works in secret.
